Dr. Ray Boswell participated in Ray Boswell (U.S. Department of Energy): Energy and Environmental Implications of Gas Hydrates. They are otherwise unassociated with EPIC.

Dr. Ray Boswell currently serves as the Technology Manager for Natural Gas Technology programs at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory. He earned a B.S. degree in Geology from the College of William and Mary and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from West Virginia University. He has conducted assessments of unconventional gas resources in Appalachia, the Mid-Continent, and Mountain West basins and has served as a cochief scientist for gas hydrate field projects in the Indian Ocean, on the Alaska North Slope, and in the Gulf of Mexico.
