Paul Kelleher is Associate Professor of Bioethics and Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he is also an affiliate of the Energy Analysis and Policy program. His work focuses on ethical and philosophical issues concerning public policy, especially health policy and climate change policy. Before coming to UW–Madison, Kelleher received a PhD in Philosophy from Cornell University and was a post-doctoral fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health. His book The Social Cost of Carbon: Ethics and the Limits of Climate Change Economics is under contract with Oxford University Press’s Philosophy, Politics, & Economics Series.
