I am an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. My research focuses primarily on Environmental and Energy Economics and Public Finance. I use a range of empirical tools to study questions related to environmental externalities, climate change, and natural resources.
Before joining UC Berkeley, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. I completed my PhD in Economics at Yale University, and also hold an MA in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a BA in Economics and Accounting from McGill University. In July 2022, I will be returning to the University of British Columbia as an Assistant Professor in the Vancouver School of Economics.
