The Sustainability Consulting Leadership Program (SCLP) is a 2-year rotational program opportunity for recent university graduates to gain exposure to the Sustainability Business at Schneider Electric.

Schneider Electric is aggressively tackling the issue of climate change by making bold commitments to make its operations carbon neutral by 2025 and net zero carbon emissions by 2030. This position will be at the core of this global, all-hands effort for our planet and generations to come. Within our Sustainability Business, we are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, forward thinking graduates with an enthusiasm for energy and sustainability to join our new graduate rotational program.
This program is offered globally in three regions: Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This specific opportunity is US-based.
What do you get to do in this position? 
  • Gain exposure to the Sustainability Business and make real business impact through three 8-month rotation placements
  • Develop a variety of skills and be fast-tracked through rotation placements on high-performing Sustainability Business teams. Every program participant is placed on rotation teams depending on their specific skillsets and ambitions. An example rotation path could include (but is not limited to): Sustainability Operations, Client Management, and Cleantech.
  • Learn on the job and through a structured development plan to ensure long term career success with us, beyond this program
  • Collaborate and learn from our specialist teams and leaders across the globe, in addition to your dedicated program buddy

This job might be for you if:
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree or higher program such as MBA or master’s by May 31, 2023
  • Sustainability-related major is not required: the ideal candidate has either education OR experience (through an internship, university club, part-time job, etc.) in the energy or sustainability space
  • Willingness to learn a variety of skills and work on projects / assignments on multiple teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; willingness / potential to evolve in leadership role in the Sustainability Business at Schneider Electric
  • A displayed passion to make a difference for the future of our planet
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently
