The incumbent coordinates and monitors assigned program activities for the DOER Massachusetts Clean Cities Program and DOER Division of Emerging Technology; reviews and analyzes data concerning agency programs; provides technical assistance and advice to agency personnel and others; responds to inquiries; and maintains liaison with various state and federal agencies and stakeholders.
