New EPIC study finds increasing transparency requirements around fracking activity and the specific fluids used in the process are associated with lower pollution levels from that activity.
"Overall, our approach and evidence [suggest] impact. We need more research to evaluate this impact," said co-author Christian Leuz of UChicago Booth on the new study.
