Shiqiu Zhang teaches environmental economics and environmental management at Peking University. Her research focuses on environmental economics, environmental policy, and global environmental treaties. She is member of the Scientific Advisory Panel for UNEP’s Climate and Clean Air Coalition to Reduce Short Lived Climate Pollutants (CCAC); a Senior Expert Member of UNEP’s Technology and Economic Assessment Panel for implementing the Montreal Protocol; and Co-Chair of the Task Force for Replenishment of the Multilateral Fund of Montreal Protocol. She serves as Vice-President and on the Board of Directors of the East Asian Association on Environment and Resource Economics (EAAERE).
